Degrees have lost their value in 21st century.
Knowledge has become supreme. Anyone who is not constantly on learning curve
gets left behind. While technical knowledge is important, knowledge and
practice of interpersonal skills is, in fact, more important. Good
communication skills, powerful writing skills, impactful presentation and public
speaking skills are a few highly desirable skills.
However; considering present days work pressures, it is
not possible for most of us to be always up to date on new technical and
interpersonal skills. It is also not possible for busy executives to attend
training programs for constant improvement.
Thankfully; internet presents a great opportunity to keep
learning constantly. Keeping this ‘The English Academy’ has started a unique
project ‘Learn@Rs.500pm’. In this
internet based initiative, we have
identified highly desirable soft skills and English improvement topics. Each module
consists of 10 lessons delivered in a month through internet @ two to three lessons
per week.

- Learn Success skills of 21st century in 10 lessons
Each
lesson consists of a word/pdf/ppt lesson on the topic along with audio/video
clips and self assessment questionnaire.
